Webinar in collaboration with
MMUN is pleased to announce a free webinar: “Mitigating Cyberbullying: Psychologists Reflect on School Best Practices”, held by Childline UK.
Childline was the first children’s helpline set up to give phone counseling and support to children. There are now over 200 child helplines around the world. They are open 24/7, online, on the app and on the phone, offering advice and counseling on any issue that matters to a child. They are free and confidential. You can also receive help via the website and app ‘For me’. Childline practitioners are all different ages and come from lots of different backgrounds. But what they all have in common is that they want to help young people. A Childline counselor: will listen to young people, knows it takes courage to contact us, is genuine, open and friendly, knows about the problems young people can face, won’t judge you or put you down, isn’t easily shocked and will let you take your time.
Please forward any advance questions to email@example.com so they can be answered during the webinar.
Please note that only teacher coordinators who have taken the MMUN workshop can join us for the free webinar.
