The NYC Conference will take place in the heart of the City‭ (‬Times Square‭) ‬at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel‭ ‬‮–‬‭ ‬venue location and Hyatt Centric Times Square‭ ‬‮–‬‭ ‬1‭ ‬block away‭.

Conference Fees

Country Selection Fee (Per School Group)
260 USD

This fee reserves the place in the conference by allocating countries appropriate for each delegation. This fee must be paid immediately to block the country selection.

Conference Package Participant Fee
Starting at 609 USD for quadruple occupancy

This fee covers the participation in the conference, the venue costs, personnel costs, and hotel costs.

Cost is per person for ALL participants (delegates, observers, chaperones, teachers, group leaders, visitors).

Services included in conference fees will not be sold or booked separately.

Conference Package Participant Fee for Local Residents
400 USD

Option available ONLY to those schools with registered locations within a 50 mile radius of the venue.

Visitor Fee
Starting at 609 USD for quadruple occupancy

 

If you are not a member of a school group and would like to attend an MMUN conference, you can register yourself as a visitor paying the participant registration fee.

Non-Delegate Children Observers (New contents!)

Children Under Age 1 (free)
Children between ages 1 to 7 (-300 USD starting from the Conference Package Participant)
Children Ages 8 and up (the same price of adults)

All non-delegate children must be on the MMUN Dashboard to access the venue.

  • Country Selection (Put in your delegation size and obtain an available country for the conference – Step 1)
  • School Registration (Pay a non-refundable Country Selection Fee of 260 USD – Step 1)

Conferences fill-up fast so reserve your school’s place as soon as possible with your country selection(s) 

You will receive access to your background guide after you have completed this step

Registration possible for:

  • Finalization of Conference Package – Not Payment (Step 2A)
  • Finalization of Delegation Numbers and Conference Package Desired – Financial Commitment Locked In (Step 2A)
  • Accommodation Selection and Payment for Conference Package for full delegation (Step 2A)
  • Rooming List Assignments (Step 2B)
  • Rooming List/Configuration for each purchased room for all individuals on portal (Step 2C)
  • Opening of Step 3 – Committee Assignments and Position Paper Uploads

Conferences fill-up fast so ensure your first choice of accommodations

Deadline for dropping delegates, refunds: 14th October 2019 (Midnight Eastern Time)

  • Final Deadline for the financial commitment of school delegation within portal, in terms of participants as well as hotel conference package preferences
  • Selection of Accommodation Packages
  • No refunds are possible after this data

Deadline for Full Payments, Position Paper Uploads, Committee Assignments, and Final Logistics: 10th December 2019

Last date for:

  •  Final Payments for Conference Registration and Accommodations
  • Committee Assignments and Position Paper Upload. If position papers require revisions, you will be contacted by the Bureau, If issues are not resolved, delegate will become an ‘observer delegate’
  • Submission of all the outstanding logistics for participation in the conference.
  • Confirmation of on-site group leader with contact information (to be printed on badges)
  • Communication to MMUN (info@nullmontessori-mun.org) of:
    •  Flight information (to receive your dedicated registration time-slot)
    •  Flag Bearers assignments for the ‘Flag Procession’ (2 persons per delegation only)
    •  Applications for the Cultural Performance Night and/or Design Contest (both are optional)
