Performances must be between 3-5 minutes long and if any sound track is needed you will need to supply the file in MP3 or MP4 format. Please click here to submit the description of your group performance and the sound track file.

Social Night on Friday

Themed events designed for interaction as a group. Multiple activities will provide an opportunity for Delegates to get to know one another more and truly experience this international conference with representatives from 11 countries. There will be a NGO Expo for delegates to present their social action project with a display board to the conference attendees.

Departing on Saturday

If you plan to leave from the UN on Saturday, realize that you can't take your luggage there. You will need to store it at the hotel and then return there to collect it before going to the airport.

Dress Code Policy - Professional Attire

Delegates should also dress for success. Just like being polite and having proper manners, dressing appropriately is an important way to show respect for the nation you are representing, for your fellow delegates and for the United Nations.

Western business attire, or international standard business attire, serves as customary dress for workplaces and should be worn in all sessions during the conference. It entails wearing a suit, which is made up of trousers, a matching jacket, a button-down dress shirt, and a tie. Conservative dress shoes and socks are also important.  Skirts and dresses may also be worn as long as they fall to a decent length. The main objective is to always insure that your appearance is tidy and put-together, and that you are well covered. Take a look at this Sample Dress Code Policy
