2013 MMUN NYC TEACHER WORKSHOP

 JUNE 21st-23rd, 2013

 For Upper Elementary and Middle School Teachers 

MMUN is the only Model UN program for Montessori Students age 9-15, and is the largest of the Middle School Model UN programs.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE:

Friday - June 21st 

1:30pm - Meet at the UN Visitor's Entrance located on 1st Avenue at 43rd Street.

2:00pm - 3:30pm - Tour of the United Nations and visit at the Book store

3:30pm - 4:30pm  Discussion of the UN and its role, general Q&A regarding the MMUN at the Church Street

Saturday  - June 22nd

09:00 am - 12:00 pm  Session I

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm  Lunch

01:00 pm - 05:00 pm Session II

Sunday -  June 23rd

09:00 am - 12:00 pm Session III

Room rate information:

- Single room = $219+taxes. The NYC tax rate is 14.75% plus occupancy tax of $3.50 per room per night.
